Banner-University Family Care Procurement Protest For The Arizona Long Term Care System-Elderly/Physically Disabled (ALTCS-EPD) Contract Awards

On December 21, 2023 Banner-University Family Care filed this protest for the Arizona Long Term Care System-Elderly/Physically Disabled (ALTCS-EPD) contract awards. ALTCS-EPD covers Medicaid-managed long-term care services for beneficiaries with physical disabilities. Banner-University Family Care held a current contract and bid on the next contracts, but was not selected.
