Nebraska Legislative Resolution 156: Addressing the Waiting List for Persons With Developmental Disabilities & Rate Methodology

December 2008 The work group was charged with developing a plan and rate methodology to incrementally reduce the number of persons on the waiting list for developmental disabilities to meet the intent of the Legislature. State law currently calls for Nebraska to provide specialized services to all those eligible by July 1, 2010. The work groups findings have been submitted to the Medicaid Reform Council, the Legislature, and the Governor for further consideration.
