Florida’s Residential Group Care Program For Children In The Child Welfare System
The report was released in December 2014 by the Florida Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA). The legislature had directed OPPAGA to review the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) residential group care program for children in foster care.
