Oklahoma Medicaid 1115 Demonstration: Institutions For Mental Diseases Waiver For Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder
The waiver was approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on December 20, 2020. The demonstration permits the Oklahoma Medicaid program to receive federal financial participation for facility-based crisis and inpatient services provided in an Institution for Mental Diseases (IMD) for people with addiction disorder., serious mental illness, and serious emotional disturbance.
