The Pennsylvania Association of County Administrators and Mental Health and Developmental Services (PACA MH/DS) surveyed all 67 counties across the state to assess the impact of a 10% cut to county behavioral service funding for state fiscal year 2012-2013. Responses returned by 44 counties included information about program eliminations, service cuts and administrative efficiencies that have been implemented as a result of the budget cut. This document provides a summary of each county's responses.
