On December 15, 2008, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) released an invitation to negotiate (ITN SNR0809CBC01) for a contractor to provide foster care and related services in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties in DCFs Southern Region Circuits 11 and 16. Services will include emergency shelter, in-home protective services, relative care placements, foster care, therapeutic foster care, foster care supervision, case management, post-placement supervision, permanent foster care, intensive residential treatment, independent living, family reunification, family preservation, adoption, and appropriate related services.
