Ohio DoDD RFP Seeking SELF Waiver Support Broker Training

December 29, 2011 The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a national organization to provide training to support brokers for individuals with developmental disabilities who are enrolled in the state's new Self-Empowered Life Funding (SELF) Medicaid waiver that permits consumers to control budgets and direct services. The vendor will partner with DODD in the development of a comprehensive, statewide training program for both paid and unpaid providers of Support Brokerage services under the SELF waiver.
