Preliminary Injunction in J.V.S. v. Florida Agency for Health Care Administration

December 30, 2011 The Circuit Court of the 11th Judicial Circuit, in and for Dade County, Florida granted temporary injunctive relief to the plaintiffs of J.V.S. v. Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
