Iowa Department of Human Services Innovation Plan Status Report

In this report released in December 2013, the Iowa Department of Human Services presented its State Healthcare Innovation Plan (SHIP), which is intended to serve as the guiding structure to develop and implement a new health care payment and delivery system that will reduce health care costs, improve population health and improve patient care.
