This document, released in December 2015 by the New York Office of Mental Health, lists provider organizations approved to deliver a new set of community-based behavioral health services to Medicaid beneficiaries with serious mental illness enrolled in specialized integrated care programs called Health and Wellness Plans (HARPs).
