House Resolution 432: Increasing Mental Health Options Act Of 2022

On December 30, 2022, the U.S. House of Representatives published this House Resolution (HR) 432: the "Increasing Mental Health Options Act of 2022". This funding omnibus bill includes provisions that will expand Medicare Part B coverage of outpatient mental health care to include reimbursing for services provided by licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs) and licensed professional counselors (LPCs).
