Memo From Missouri Division of MRDD to Regional Office Staff About Transition of Case Management Duties

November 14, 2007 This letter from Bernard Simons, Director of the Division of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (MRDD) in the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), describes the DMH intention to transition from state-employed case managers to contracted case managers for people with developmental disabilities. The ultimate goal is to reduce caseloads.
