On November 4, 2014 a white paper was published entitled “How to Become a Medicaid Mental Health Provider” by Joel Miller of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (or AMHCA). The white paper includes detailed information on how mental health professionals can become qualified providers of Medicaid services.
