Business Process Analysis Workbook For Behavioral Health Providers

On April 4, 2014, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the Center for Integrated Solutions (CIHS) released a PowerPoint covering a business process analysis workbook for behavioral health providers. The Business Process Analysis document is a snapshot in time of how an organization conducts day-to-day activities.
