Certified Community Behavioral Health Cost Report Instructions

This report was released by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on January 6, 2016 for use by states participating in the Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) one-year planning and two-year Demonstration Programs to Improve Community Mental Health Services.
