CMS & Michigan Medicaid Memorandum Of Understanding For Dual Eligible Financial Alignment Demonstration
On April 3, 2014, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Michigan Department of Community Health (DCH) announced they had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding MI Health Link, the state’s initiative to improve care for Medicare-Medicaid enrollees. The Michigan demonstration will operate in four regions: the Upper Peninsula, Southwest Michigan, and two regions in the metropolitan Detroit area.
