Connecticut Medicaid State Plan Amendment 14-022: Change In Medicaid Estate Recovery

In March 2014, the Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) issued a letter to the state legislature alerting them to DSS submission of a state plan amendment (SPA) 14-022 to limit recoveries from the estates of HUSKY D clients.
