Delaware operates two managed care programs that are both contracted with two health plans. The contracts are available for download.

Diamond State Health Plan (DSHP): Provides Medicaid state plan benefits to individuals who do not require long-term services and supports (LTSS).

Diamond State Health Plan Plus (DSHP-Plus): Provides Medicaid state plan benefits and LTSS to qualifying individuals and all dual eligibles, regardless of whether they qualify for LTSS.
