District Of Columbia Medicaid Managed Care Contracts
District of Columbia's Medicaid managed care program is called DC Healthy Families. Three health plans deliver physical health and pharmacy benefits for most families and children. Enrollees have their choice of plans district-wide.

Note: MedStar, a previous DC Healthy Families health plan, was not awarded a contract during the 2017 re-procurement. MedStar is currently protesting the decision, which could result in a new procurement or a change to the current contracts . . .
