Healthy Pennsylvania Section 1115 Waiver Application
On February 19, 2014, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) submitted to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services the Commonwealth's Healthy Pennsylvania Section 1115 waiver application. The reforms and coverage options proposed in this align and promote three key health care priorities: improving access, ensuring quality, and providing affordability.
