Inclusion Health: Promising Practice
On April 23, 2014, Inclusion Health published a report on examples of good local practice to enable better access to primary care for vulnerable populations in the British National Health Service. The report focuses on models of primary care that are designed to promote registration with and access to good primary and continuing care on an equitable basis.
