Indiana Medicaid Managed Care Contracts

Indiana has three statewide Medicaid managed care programs. Enrollees in managed care receive all physical health, traditional behavioral health, and pharmacy services through the health plans, with specialty behavioral services carved-out to the community mental health centers and covered FFS by the state.
