In February 2014, the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) released a Justice Research bulletin describing research that draws from the National Juvenile Court Data Archive and from studies of three midwestern county courts that have used successful approaches to reduce delays in case processing of youth through the juvenile justice system.
