In 2020, healthcare entities have been pushed to adjust and innovate in light of the coronavirus, even healthcare technology partners such as Relias. Behavioral health organizations, in particular, have faced the challenge of balancing an increased demand for services alongside the changes in service delivery models as well as impacts on direct care workers. With combined challenges of sustainability post pandemic while navigating real time performance expectations due to healthcare reform in many states, the need for agility in decision making and execution has never been greater.
