Mississippi's Medicaid managed care program is called Mississippi Coordinated Care Network (MississippiCAN). Three health plans, called Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), deliver physical health and behavioral health benefits to most populations, including families and children, as well as aged and disabled adults. Health plans are available statewide, and individuals have a choice of plan. Individuals who do not choose a plan are auto-assigned.
