Nebraska's Medicaid managed care program is called Heritage Health. Three plans deliver physical health, behavioral health, and pharmacy benefits to all populations. The plans are available statewide and enrollees have a choice of plans. Contracts for the three plans, signed January 1, 2017, are available for download:
