Oregon Health Plan 1115 Demonstration Waiver
On September 4, 2015, The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approved technical corrections to Oregon's 1115 demonstration waiver, Oregon Health Plan. The demonstration has two main goals; to reduce Medicaid per capita trend by 2% and improve statewide care quality and access. To meet these goals Oregon has implemented Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) which receive a capitated rate to provide physical health, behavioral health, and dental services to Medicaid beneficiaries.
