August 9, 2011 On August 9, 2011, the Arizona Department of Health Services, Division of Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS) sent out a letter to stakeholders notifying them that behavioral health provider reimbursement rates will be cut another 5% in October. ADHS/DBHS's contracted Regional Behavioral Health Authorities (RBHAs) also will be seeing revenue cuts. ADHS/DBHS increased the percentage that must be spent on services by RBHAs, decreased their allowed profit amount, and limited their administrative spending costs.
