On November 10, 2014 Direct Relief USA published its report entitled, The State of the Safety Net 2014: Healthcare Reform and the Safety Net. The 34-page report includes information on the status of the safety net for the nation’s most vulnerable populations in relation to healthcare reform, specifically the Affordable Care Act (or ACA).
