Texas Medicaid RFP #: 537-14-0004 Seeking Behavioral Health Services For NorthStar

On February 21, 2014, the Texas Department of State Health Services released the Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking bids from managed behavioral health organizations (MBHOs) to manage Medicaid and non-Medicaid behavioral health services for the NorthSTAR program starting September 1, 2015. Proposals are due by May 15, 2014. The NorthSTAR program provides services to eligible youth and adults residing in Collin, Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, and Rockwall counties.
