California’s San Joaquin County Human Services Agency awarded two contracts to provide Preventative Wraparound Services. Preventative Wraparound is a family centered, strength-based, needs driven planning process for creating individualized services. The Preventative Wraparound Services priority population consists of families with children ages birth-5 years old, specifically Black and Latino children, families with children ages 11-15 years old, who are least likely to reunify after entering foster care, and pregnant and parenting foster youth.
