Virginia operates two managed care programs: Medallion 4.0 and Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (CCC Plus). Although Medallion 4.0 and CCC Plus operate as separate managed care programs, the same six health plans serve both programs, and all health plans are available statewide.
