The prevalence of self-reported cognitive disability among U.S. adults increased between 2013 and 2023, from 5.3% to 7.4%, according to a recent study. Younger adults aged 18 to 39 years, showed the largest increases in the prevalence of self-reported cognitive problems, rising from 5.1% in 2013 to 9.7% in 2023.
