Audax Private Equity (Audax), a capital partner for middle market companies, sold Proud Moments ABA, which provides applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy, to Nautic Partners, a private equity firm. Terms of the deal, which was completed on February 3, 2025, were not disclosed.
