On July 11, 2013, the Colorado Department of Human Services Office of Behavioral Health published a request for proposals (RFP) to enhance the state's behavioral health crisis response system by establishing a comprehensive, easily accessible and integrated system for people who are experiencing significant behavioral health crises. The crisis system components included in this RFP include the development of 1) Crisis Stabilization Services available 24/7/365 with walk-in capacity; 2) Mobile Crisis Services available to respond to behavioral health crises in the community; and 3) Crisis Residential/Crisis Respite Services provided in supervised housing . . .
