Maryland State Department of Education seeks a contractor to provide a school based collaborative problem-solving model. This model will be designed to help classroom teachers reduce disruption and identity skills deficits that lead to difficult and challenging student behaviors. The model will be collaborative in design so that students have an active role in the strategies. The model must be based on skill development leading to more effective student conflict resolution.
