Founded in 1971, Accord is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that that serves individuals living with serious and persistent developmental disabilities, as well as their families. The organization is accredited by the Council on Quality and Leadership and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
