On February 14, 2018, the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) announced that Missouri is becoming a Technology First state. DMH has Medicaid waivers that have allowed the authorization of low- to high-level assistive technology and remote supports for several years, however utilization of these services has been sparse.
