New York's Public Health Solution, Health Care Community Partnerships Capacity Building Program seeks a contractor to provide services for a Quality Improvement Learning Collaborative (QILC) focused on improving access to high-quality, patient-centered contraceptive counseling across the prenatal/interconception period. This initiative, funded by the New York City Council, will support health care facilities that serve people planning a pregnancy between the ages of 15 and 49 and people who are up to 12 months postpartum, with an additional focus on people who are uninsured, people from racial or ethnic minority groups and LGBTQ+.
