The Transforming Care 2013 conference was hosted by CCO Oregon. The conference was attended by representatives from Oregon Medicaid Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), health plans, provider organizations, hospitals, community organizations, advocates, and policymakers. The conference presenters were national experts on care coordination and health reform.
