Iowa Awards Health Link Services Contract to Iowa Total Care, Inc.

Iowa Department of Human Services awarded a contract to Iowa Total Care, Inc. to provide health care services for the Iowa Medicaid, Iowa Health and Wellness Plan, and Healthy and Well Kids in Iowa Programs. Trusted Health Plan, Inc. also responded to this solicitation.
