Bill Organek, MGA, brings more than 17 years of experience in executive and senior management talent development, including extensive experience in leadership consulting, coaching, and strategic competency alignment. In addition to two decades in serving as a U.S. Naval Officer in leadership and management positions, Mr. Organek has provided executive coaching, executive team competency assessments and evaluations, and organizational development coaching for Fortune 500 companies across the United States.rnrnPrior to joining OPEN MINDS, Mr. Organek was a corporate officer and consultant with Mercuri Urval, where he improved business results for both domestic and international clients. Among his many engagements, Mr. Organek spent eight-years as a management consultant for Centerpoint, a quasi-public/private local management entity in North Carolina responsible for the provision of mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities services. While there, he helped the organization evolve into a more business-oriented service organization through assisting the senior leadership in their strategic planning efforts and conducting organizational needs analyses.rnrnMr. Organek also served for 22 years as a U.S. Naval Officer, where his leadership and management positions—both in the U.S. and abroad—evolved from leading sea-going, operational groups, and divisions to heading up a large shore organization. Later in his career, he joined the faculty of the National Defense University, Washington, D.C. under the Joint Chiefs, as Operations Director of the U.S. Navy’s Inactive Fleet, and in an executive NATO post.rnrnMr. Organek received his Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Maryland and his Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
