David Keleti, PhD, brings nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare communications and market intelligence to the OPEN MINDS team. His prolific writing experience covers a wide range of topics from health and human services outsourcing to medication adherence.
Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Dr. Keleti was a Proposal Writer for Liberty Healthcare Corporation, a health and human services management company in Bala-Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. In this role, he drafted compelling, client-focused proposal narratives, and updated data-based annual program summaries. He also performed in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform proposal strategies and key messaging.
Previously, Dr. Keleti was a Senior Clinical Proposal Writer for AmeriHealth Caritas, a Medicaid managed care organization, currently headquartered in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Here, he drafted content for Medicaid managed care proposals to expand the company’s Medicaid market portfolio.
Also, during his time with AmeriHealth Caritas, Dr. Keleti served as a Manager of Clinical Outcomes. In this role, Dr. Keleti authored and managed end-to-end production of thought leadership pieces, including peer-reviewed articles, abstracts, and posters, and presented findings at corporate medical summits and national conferences. He also developed email newsletters summarizing healthcare industry advances and served as an outcome consultant for Community Care Management and Population Health teams, generating content on navigator engagement and social determinants of health.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Keleti was a freelance medical and technical writer. He partnered with clients across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, editorial services, healthcare, and marketing. Dr. Keleti prepared abstracts, promotional slide decks, advisory group reports, regulatory documents, and peer-reviewed manuscripts in oncology and hemophilia, demonstrating adaptability across multiple scientific domains.
Dr. Keleti earned his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brandeis University.
