Gina Nobile brings more than ten years of experience in strategic human resources leadership to the OPEN MINDS team. She has proven success in talent development, performance management, employee relations, and engagement. Ms. Nobile is also skilled in partnering with leadership to align Human Resource practices with business goals and creating a positive, productive workplace culture.

Prior to joining the OPEN MINDS team, Ms. Nobile was the Director of Human Resources, for the Children’s Aid Society, Southern Pennsylvania District. In this role her expertise was pivotal in harmonizing human resource systems with the organization’s mission. She ensured not only compliance, but she also managed budgets, handled employee relations, assessed staffing needs, designed training programs and developed compensation plans.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Nobile was a Human Resources Consultant for the Leadership Arts Associates, a human resources consulting firm in York, PA. Here Ms. Nobile provided human resources consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses, developed human resources policies, conducted audits and advised on compliance. She also led employment engagement initiatives and delivered leadership coaching.

Prior to her work in human resources, Ms. Nobile was a Lead Laboratory Technician IV at Wellspan Health in Gettysburg, PA.

Ms. Nobile holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management with an organization leadership minor from Colorado State University and an Associate’s of Science in Medical Laboratory Science from Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Nobile lives in Hanover, PA with her two daughters.
