Jennifer Tripp brings extensive experience in behavioral health and product development to her work as a Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS.
Previously, Ms. Tripp was the Senior Director of Payor Solutions at Array Behavioral Care, a provider of virtual behavioral care including psychiatry and therapy. In this position, Ms. Tripp was responsible for leading Array AtHome’s payer account management team to develop and execute its strategic account growth strategy. Ms. Tripp also managed customer service for all Array Behavioral Care accounts, informing the company’s overall product and organization growth strategy.
Ms. Tripp was also the Senior Product Director at Beacon Health Options. Ms. Tripp was responsible for executing Beacon’s strategy in the behavioral health market.. Ms. Tripp lead high-profile workgroups at Beacon, including initiatives for financial modeling, improving the member journey, and improve access to appointments. Ms. Tripp also worked extensively on Medicare strategy development and spearheaded a cross-functional workgroup to create recommendations for growing Beacon’s Medicare Advantage sales.
Prior to her work at Beacon, Ms. Tripp was the Senior Director of Medicaid Products and Programs for Anthem, Inc. She was responsible for designing and implementing major and incremental product and cost-of-care initiatives for the Medicaid Business Unit, based on identifying needs from the market, competitive intelligence analysis, the voice of the customer research, published RFPs, market demand, and competitor RFP responses. Ms. Tripp also identified new strategic partnerships by creating business case, building, testing, and scaling new programs across multiple local health plans.
Ms. Tripp has also held multiple positions at Magellan Health including Vice President of Strategy for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, where she supported the development of a business plan and led new product development to capture emerging growth apertures serving Medicaid members with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ms. Tripp also served as Vice President of Product Management and Development and Vice President of Program Innovation at Magellan Health Services.
Ms. Tripp graduated from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health with a Masters of Science in Health Policy and Management. She also graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy.
