Josue Santoyo brings a strong background in finance and human resource management to the OPEN MINDS team. He currently services as OPEN MINDS Vice President of Finance and is responsible for all corporate finance, accounting, and human resource functions.

In this role, he is responsible for managing all client billing accounts, processing payrolls, conducting company purchases, and handling and maintaining any administrative personnel additions, issues, and files. Mr. Santoyo also plays an important role in developing the yearly corporate budget.

Prior to joining OPEN MINDS full-time, Mr. Santoyo served as a financial management intern with OPEN MINDS. Where he was responsible for supporting the finance team with administrative support.

Previously, Mr. Santoyo served as a tax accounting intern with a local certified public accounting firm, Reinsel, Kuntz Lesher, located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Santoyo received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Santoyo is also bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
