Kelly Johnson is a problem-solver who partners with organizations to improve operations, strengthenperformance, and implement solutions that support their strategic goals. She is driven by a passionfor continuous growth and development bringing five years of experience in integration andimplementation to the OPEN MINDS team.​

As a former Implementation Consultant, Commercial Implementations at Core Solutions, Inc.,Ms. Johnson partnered with behavioral health organizations ranging from multi-site providers to multi-state enterprises to implement and optimize Core Solutions’ electronic health record (EHR) platform.She led discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clinical, operational, and executivestakeholders to evaluate existing processes, document future-state workflows and design solutionsaligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Ms. Johnson configured clinical,billing, reporting, and documentation workflows into scalable solutions while serving as a trustedliaison between clients and technical resources.​

Prior to Core Solutions, Inc., Ms. Johnson was a Project Manager, Revenue Operation GlobalIntegration at Novocure, a global oncology company. In this role, Ms. Johnson successfullysupported the implementation of new SAP Fiori-based solution for billing and cash applicationfunctions through comprehensive requirements gathering, business process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.​

Earlier in her career, Ms. Johnson was an Associate Project Manager, Revenue OperationsGlobal Integration at Novocure where she acted as the subject matter expert for SAP CRM for theglobal Finance organization. In this role, she supported 250 global users by developing a structuredapproach to issue management, prioritization, and resolution, significantly reducing the backlog ofopen issues while improving support responsiveness. Ms. Johnson partnered with business andtechnical teams to troubleshoot and resolve data, workflow, and system configuration issues, many ofwhich directly affected critical finance and clinical operations.​

Ms. Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration – Information Systems and Technology fromBentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of New Hampshire.​
