Kelly Johnson is an autonomous self-starter known for her exceptional organizational and program management abilities. She possesses a strategic mindset and a proven track record as a team player and leader. As a former Implementation Consultant, Commercial Implementations at Core Solutions, Inc., Ms. Johnson led end-to-end implementations of Core Solutions’ electronic health record (EHR)SaaS platform for behavioral health organizations, ensuring successful deployment, compliance, and adoption. She was also responsible for developing training programs for super users and end users and serving as a liaison between clients and development teams.​

Prior to Core Solutions, Inc., Ms. Johnson was a Project Manager, Revenue Operations Global Integration at Novocure, an oncology company that develops cancer treatments. In this role, Ms. Johnson successfully supported the implementation of a new SAP Fiori based solution for Billing and CashApplication functions through extensive requirement definitions, optimization of business workflows, and creation of user stories and test scripts.​

Earlier in her career, Ms. Johnson was an Associate Project Manager, Revenue Operations Global Integration at Novocure where she led processes that reduced outstanding Finance SAP tickets by 88% in one year through prioritization, visibility, and engagement with both business and technical teams. This process included closing approximately 200 CRM tickets without the support of IT resources.​

Ms. Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration – Information Systems and Technology from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of New Hampshire.​
