Previously, Mr. Chapman spent over 10 years as a Principal at JBS International, Inc., a global professional services firm, where he was responsible for operational infrastructures, organizational growth, budgeting and contract management, and project planning and management. During his tenure, Mr. Chapman most notably saved the organization over 10% in consulting operational expenses and innovated the first reporting tool for tracking approval and execution of consultant agreements – adopted by 20% of company-wide projects. In addition, he reorganized their Network Development department by conducting an operations assessment, optimizing workflow, and splitting staff into regional teams to focus on market areas, eliminating duplication of effort.
