Lydia Kerr is an accomplished brand strategist, marketing leader, and creative director with over a decade of experience working in industries ranging from e-commerce to financial services and healthcare. She brings a thoughtful, systems-minded approach to brand building in her role as a Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS, where she partners with teams to translate strategy into meaningful, scalable impact.

Before joining OPEN MINDS, Lydia led brand strategy at Objective Brand, a Colorado-based agency. As head of the brand department and primary client partner, she facilitated discovery workshops, led research initiatives, planned and directed photo and video shoots, and guided cross-functional teams through messaging, identity, and large-scale campaigns for clients nationwide.

Previously, Lydia served as Head of Brand at Photobooth Supply Co., where she spearheaded a full brand transformation—from identity and packaging to a Shopify relaunch and a comprehensive brand standards system. Her work contributed to a 118% increase in e-commerce conversion and strengthened alignment across brand, marketing, and sales teams.

Earlier in her career, Lydia founded Telltale, a Denver-based branding agency, where she partnered with hundreds of clients on designing visual identities, brand launches, market positioning, campaign-building, and long-term growth strategies—supporting significant revenue growth and national recognition for her clients.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Samford University.
