Biography

Michael Lee brings over 20 years of healthcare executive experience to OPEN MINDS as an Advisory Board Member.

In addition to his work with OPEN MINDS, Mr. Lee is a Managing Partner at Culminate Care, a Healthcare Management Services Organization dedicated to enhancing partnering practice’s capability to deliver quality healthcare with innovative, cost-efficient, and effective solutions in Huntington Beach, California. Mr. Lee is also the Vice President of Strategy and a Consultant for Integrated Health Solutions, where he is responsible for strategic and operational implementation of network development, regional expansion, new product/service line, and contracting.

Previously, Mr. Lee was the Vice President of Finance and Co-Founder of Carelinq LLC. In this role, Mr. Lee was responsible for designing and delivering customized technology-based solutions to drive value-based invitations, strategic development, financial reporting, and compliance officer duties for of the firm’s operation.

Before joining Carelinq, Mr. Lee was the Director of Nursing Facilities for Molina Healthcare of California, a Fortune 500 company focused exclusively on government-sponsored healthcare programs for families and individuals who qualify for government sponsor care in Long Beach, California.  In this position, Mr. Lee was responsible for the statewide operational management and oversight of a network of over 400 contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Mr. Lee graduated from The University of California Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 2001. In 2006, Mr. Lee graduated from The University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business with a Master of Business Administration. In 2014, Mr. Lee completed a fellowship from The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and has been a member of ACHE since. Additionally, Mr. Lee has been a member of the ACHE Programs, Products, and Services Committee since 2017.
